Wisdom is Eternal

Look to the Ancients for Understanding

Humanity is lost—not abandoned but misaligned, alienated from its true purpose and potential. There is a dark cloud of ignorance hanging over most people that blocks out the liberating sun of illumination. This ignorance is not from the cold, detached pursuit of science to the exclusion of spiritual nurturing. It is true that without spiritual growth and active engagement of the soul, science, no matter how intellectually stimulating, lacks meaning. But science nevertheless offers understanding of a great many things and thus benefits the evolution of humanity in its own way. Nor is this ignorance from the degenerated metamorphosis of ancient wisdom into superstitious religion. While superstition, along with ignorance and fear, are three ruffians by which the Spirit of Good is murdered, even the most superstitious religion contains fragments of universal wisdom for those who can see. This ignorance is more fundamental than any single factor can account for.

Humanity is lost to its history. Ignorant of its original glory, of its divinity, of its potential. Indeed, humanity is lost but it is not hopeless. For although humanity may have forgotten its Source, the Source has not forgotten humanity. Each individual spark, seemingly blind to its own potential, still carries within it the original Flame. Each forgetting, no matter how deeply affected the person is, can be remedied by remembering—by returning to original knowing.

On a practical level, the focus on the material—the mundane—to the exclusion of the spiritual has created an imbalance and disharmony. The belief that physical matter is reality, and no other reality exists outside this matter, is a self-induced trap that binds the individual to their own ignorance. The descent into materialism has led humanity farther away from its original purpose—that is, to reflect the glory of the First Cause, the Grand Architect, by actively participating as a sovereign co-creator versus existing as passive creation. Matter’s distance from Source—symbolized by the fall of humanity—embeds people deeper into density. But a return to Spirit—to the Light through knowledge and repentance—leads to realignment with the cosmic plan. Such a realignment is possible when the individual realizes that the kingdom of heaven is within and no system or institution will save them.

But such a realignment requires the individual to first remember their authentic identity and return to their roots. Not roots as in culture or ethnicity or genetic history but their divinity—their origin in the One. Until people return to the forests, the rivers, and the open skies, they will continue to stagnate in artificial surroundings, detached from their origins. Until they learn, in silence and reverence, to listen to the whispers of the earth and the song of the stars, they will remain distracted by the illusion of the matrix. Until they learn humility and gratitude, they are trapped in self-deceptive conceit and an egocentric sense of self-importance.

The ancients knew that life thrives in balance—between the seen and unseen, the masculine and feminine, the giving and taking. True well-being, unlike the counterfeit version of sickness posing as health, came from the ancient rituals of grounding, stargazing, and tending to the land—activities that engendered connection with the ALL and the universal energy and intelligence permeating it. The ancients, wise beyond any modern standard of wisdom, honored the cycles of nature. They lived in harmony with the resonance of the earth and respected and revered cosmic rhythm and divine order. To the ancients, “As above, So below” was not just a fanciful catch phrase spoken in sacred circles but a meaningful reminder that the microcosm reflects the macrocosm—that the material plane exists as a projection from the spiritual realms and this material plane is merely a manifestation of the essence that permeates it. That the material is but an illusion that will disintegrate once untethered from its animating spirit. Although not all people from antiquity grasped these truths, humanity as a whole was more connected to its roots of origin than it is now.

So, what must humanity do to awaken from its deep slumber? How can people reconnect to their primordial roots? Although such a noble pursuit is reserved only for the most committed seeker of truth who is prepared for this journey, those who wish to return to their purpose should start by studying the ancient ways of life. Such wisdom from antiquity has no expiration date for wisdom does not die but merely hibernates until the seeker of truth comes along in their age, in their epoch, to embrace it and take up the mantle of initiate. Wisdom is always present, always waiting for the seeker to call it forward, for wisdom is eternal. When the soul is ready, wisdom will respond. But the soul must be ready because wisdom will not be mocked nor cheated.

Such a seeker of truth should apply the principles of antiquity to modern life by living with intention, respecting the Earth’s limits, honoring Universal laws, and fostering communities built on mutual care. This person should use technology not as a master but as a tool to uplift and enlighten. This person should combine the wisdom of the past with the innovations of the present by creating systems that honor life rather than exploit it. This individual should let technology serve humanity’s higher purpose, ensuring that it nurtures rather than destroys. Science and spiritualism—reflective of the material and spiritual realms—are parts of a greater whole. They are separate but complimentary aspects of the One. These are not mutually exclusive fields of study but compatible forms of understanding, interdependent conceptions contributing to a greater harmony.

Discernment comes from wisdom and intuition. Yet, the average individual is severed from their innate intuition, instead dependent on validation from the superficial and sanitized scientific process, irrefutable evidence, and cold hard facts. To grow spiritually and develop mentally, the individual should seek transparency, question motives, and trust in what feels true in their heart. But the system not only discourages critical examination but actively punishes it. There is much talk of critical thinking but sparse is the forest whose trees actually engage in such a critical approach. True sustainability arises from cooperation and respect for life, not from control. Despite this reality, society is deeply divided, tightly controlled, and possesses little respect for life in general. With a hyperfocus on the mundane, the average person not only forgot their spiritual nature but actively repudiates it whether knowingly or unknowingly. Even so, with all these negatives there are still positives. The Flame always leaves the individual spark a way back—a path which facilitates the return. Humans have something that sets them apart from other beings: potential.

Humanity is a race imbued with immense potential. Although some ancient beings contributed to its genetic framework, humanity possesses a unique capacity for emotional depth, creativity, and spiritual ascension. Humanity is part of a vast cosmic tapestry, neither the highest nor lowest, but with the ability to transcend its origins and align with the divine. Humanity’s potential lies in its capacity to awaken and evolve, bridging the material and the cosmic.

The human race is a vessel for the universe to know itself, to explore the interplay of light and shadow, and to ascend through the challenges of duality. The journey of the seeker of truth is not one of isolation but of connection—each soul’s evolution contributes to the collective awakening, and the collective awakening reflects the unfolding of cosmic truth. The creation reflects the Creator and in doing so, participates in co-creation. The ultimate goal of All is a return to the One. But this journey to ascension is a spiral, not a linear path. Moreover, the journey is a marathon, not a race.

But there is a catch. Such vast potential requires active agency for souls were given free will when they agreed to enter density. Each life is a journey of choices. Without choice, humanity would not learn from experience. With choice, people have the opportunity to grow from understanding. But choice requires self-responsibility, accountability, and discipline. Choice requires the individual to recognize the divinity within and stop expecting some outside force to save them or control them. Choice requires the individual to participate in their own life with the acknowledgement that they alone are responsible for their destiny, that they alone control the outcome by their choices within the process. Such responsibility, though sacred and powerful, is often too much for most people. For this reason, few will find their way while most will remain lost in the labyrinth of existence…that is, until Source calls all back to it. Those that proactively seek truth and understanding will receive the rewards of their labor; but those that put this off or avoid it will merely delay the inevitable.

Importantly, it is necessary to remember in the pursuit of truth that true knowledge, which must be earned, is neither a gift nor a curse, but responsibility; that power wielded without wisdom is destruction, and wisdom without action is stagnation; and finally, that all things move in cycles, and those who awaken must guide, protect, and preserve the sacred flame for those who will come after. These three truths, although not comprehensive, are fundamental to the seeker who wishes to awaken from their slumber of ignorance. Those individuals who wish to reconnect with their divine birthright must remember these truths for such truth comes from divine wisdom.

Humanity is lost, yes, but it can find its way back by returning to its roots. By remembering its divine origin, humanity can break free from the illusion of the matrix. Such a return to its origin causes the illusion to shatter—to dissolve completely. But without returning to ancient wisdom, humanity cannot move beyond its own ignorance and will only become more embedded within it. Spending countless lives believing the lies. Never moving outside the box that ignorance placed in front of it. This is the trap that perpetuates the karmic cycle. So long as humanity remains lost to its divinity, it will cease to grow and will merely “exist” in evolutionary stasis. So long as people forget that the kingdom of heaven is within, they will continue to chase the false god of happiness and salvation without, easily manipulated and deceived by forgeries and counterfeit saviors. It is impossible that the spark can return to anything other than the Flame from whence it came. To deny its own nature as sacred fire is snuff out its own essence. Humanity must recognize its origin and seek return to this so it can realign with the cosmic plan and evolve as it is supposed to. If it does not, then it will be involuntarily transformed in a more catastrophic way.

The lesson is this: Wisdom is eternal with no expiration date. We must look to the ancients for understanding. By returning to this divine wisdom, we realign with the cosmic plan.
