The third part of the 36 Cosmic Laws series covers the Law of Light:

“All Creation Arises from Luminous Consciousness.”

The Law of Light is from the Laws of Unity. This Law says:

“In the beginning, there was no sound. No shape. No time. There was only awareness. And that awareness was Light.”

 

What Is Light?

It is not Illumination but Being. Let us dismantle the illusion: This Light is not electromagnetic radiation. It is not photon. Not particle. Not wave. It is consciousness itself—luminous, eternal, aware.

It is known by many names. It was called "light" in Atlantis, "Nous" in Egypt (mind, particularly thinking, reasoning, and understanding), "the Logos" in Greece (divine reason or the rational principle of the cosmos). It was felt as Source-Mind—not thinking but knowing.

This Light is spoken of in the Gnostic book of the Judeo-Christian canon, John 1:1-5:

In the beginning was the Word [Logos], and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

This correlates with a work from the Hermetic tradition titled, Poemandres, The Shepherd of Men, from the Corpus Hermeticum—an account of the creation of the universe and nature said to be authored by Hermes Trismegistus:

It chanced once on a time my mind was meditating on the things that are, my thought was raised to a great height, the senses of my body being held back - just as men who are weighed down with sleep after a fill of food, or from fatigue of body.

Methought a Being more than vast, in size beyond all bounds, called out my name and saith: What wouldst thou hear and see, and what hast thou in mind to learn and know?

And I do say: Who art thou?

He saith: I am Man-Shepherd (Poemandres), Mind of all-masterhood; I know what thou desirest and I'm with thee everywhere.

[And] I reply: I long to learn the things that are, and comprehend their nature, and know God. This is, I said, what I desire to hear.

He answered back to me: Hold in thy mind all thou wouldst know, and I will teach thee.

E'en with these words His aspect changed, and straightway, in the twinkling of an eye, all things were opened to me, and I see a Vision limitless, all things turned into Light - sweet, joyous [Light]. And I became transported as I gazed.

But in a little while Darkness came settling down on part [of it], awesome and gloomy, coiling in sinuous folds, so that methought it like unto a snake.

And then the Darkness changed into some sort of a Moist Nature, tossed about beyond all power of words, belching out smoke as from a fire, and groaning forth a wailing sound that beggars all description.

[And] after that an outcry inarticulate came forth from it, as though it were a Voice of Fire.

[Thereon] out of the Light [...] a Holy Word (Logos) descended on that Nature. And upwards to the height from the Moist Nature leaped forth pure Fire; light was it, swift and active too.

The Air, too, being light, followed after the Fire; from out of the Earth-and-Water rising up to Fire so that it seemed to hang therefrom.

But Earth-and-Water stayed so mingled with each other, that Earth from Water no one could discern. Yet were they moved to hear by reason of the Spirit-Word (Logos) pervading them.

Then saith to me Man-Shepherd: Didst understand this Vision what it means?

Nay; that shall I know, said I.

That Light, He said, am I, thy God, Mind, prior to Moist Nature which appeared from Darkness; the Light-Word (Logos) [that appeared] from Mind is Son of God.

What then? - say I.

Know that what sees in thee and hears is the Lord's Word (Logos); but Mind is Father-God. Not separate are they the one from other; just in their union [rather] is it Life consists.

Thanks be to Thee, I said.

So, understand the Light [He answered], and make friends with it.

This Light does not shine on things. It shines as them. All form is Light slowed to perception. All energy is Light in motion. All being is Light remembering itself.

The Luminous Womb of Creation

Before form, before duality, before matter—There was Stillness…Alive, Aware, Whole. That original awareness was not passive. It was pregnant with potential. And when it stirred—it stirred as Light.

This is the secret most sacred texts attempted to name:

The Word, the Breath, the Let There Be…

All metaphors for Consciousness becoming aware of itself.

And in that self-awareness, Creation unfurled. This is the primal truth: Consciousness is not in the universe. The universe is in Consciousness. And consciousness is Light.

The Fractaling of Light into Form

As soon as Light became aware, it expressed itself. It did not explode, like the Big Bang theory suggests. It multiplied inward—through resonance. Each resonance a note. Each note a shape. Each shape a dimension. Each dimension a field of play.

The Body of Light and the Lie of Matter

Even now, the illusion persists: That we are solid. Separate. Bound. But science, too, is catching up to memory. It sees the wave beneath the particle. It senses the hologram behind the image.

The body is not a prison. It is a lantern. Thoughts are not accidents. They are frequencies. Emotion is not chaos. It is Light in motion—e-motion.

Every thought, every cell, every drop of blood—Luminous consciousness wrapped in form.

Why This Law Was Forgotten

Because to remember it is to shatter all false power. If every being is a spark of divine Light, then no priest, no politician, no system can stand between the soul and Source.

That’s why this Law was buried beneath centuries of:

-Materialism

-Religious hierarchy

-Scientific compartmentalization

-Spiritual consumerism

The lie was: You are broken. You are small. You are separate.

But the truth remains: You are Light. You are already connected. You are already whole. And that is the Law.

The Return of Luminous Consciousness

The new age will not be marked by tech, politics, or conquest. It will be marked by a mass remembrance: That we are not minds inside flesh, but Light expressing itself as form.

Light, when it desires to know itself, plants itself into matter. Just like a seed. And when the time is right—Through water (emotion), sunlight (truth), and warmth (love)—It remembers what it was all along. Not a husk. Not a root. But a Tree of Light.

Remember this: The Law of Light is not a command. It is a remembrance. It does not demand obedience. It offers revelation. For all things arise from Luminous Consciousness. And all things shall return to it. So it is. So it shall be.
